PIGMALION STUDIOS DEVELOPS APPLICATION TO MANAGE PRODUCT ORDERS FROM A MOBILE DEVICE
In the framework of the 3rd Annual Convention of the Chamber of Tobacco Distributers, Pigmalion Studios presented, as a “technological arm” of Order Tech, an application that enables the management of merchandise orders from a cellular device.
During the event, which took place at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires, Diego Martiniano and Eugenia Chodos explained to more than 120 participants the ways in which this tool provides a technological solution to distributors as well as to their clients, as it facilitates product requests and stocking online.
The application allows distributors to efficiently and economically provide service to all of their retail outlets, while maintaining personalized customer attention for those aspects of business that require it. Orders are entered into the supplier’s online management system.
The application also offers the possibility for a distributor to communicate immediately with clients about new offers, product launches, promotions, and other relevant information, thus streamlining sales objectives.
Retailers may easily enter their orders through a mobile device and send them as long as the device is connected to the internet at the moment in which the request is made.
The application utilizes a product catalogue from the supplier. Clients may enter an order at any time, using information from a previous order as the starting point, and browse different brands, quantities, and product prices from their mobile screens.
